Accounts Payable Clerk
Location:
On-site | 5 days per week
Our client is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys owning the AP process, thrives in a steady workflow, and wants to work in a relaxed office environment that truly values work/life balance.
If you're someone who likes keeping things organized, catching the details, and making sure payments go out accurately and on time, this could be a great fit.
What You'll Be Doing:
+ Process a moderate volume of invoices with accuracy and efficiency
+ Perform three-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receipts
+ Post invoices and maintain organized AP records
+ Prepare and process weekly check runs
+ Review and process employee expense reports
+ Manage P-card transactions and approve charges in line with company policy
+ Support the accounting team with additional AP and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements
What We're Looking For:
+ Prior experience in accounts payable or a similar accounting support role
+ Hands-on experience with invoice processing, three-way match, and check runs
+ Experience handling expense reports and employee P-cards
+ Intermediate Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
+ Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
+ A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative, in-office setting
