Duties and Responsibilities:

• Communicate with Club members “oral and written” regarding inquiries with member accounts
• Research and correct any transaction made in error; pull tickets to return to Point of Sale for correction and/or make back-office correction
• Provide Club members with Website, APP, and EFT Payment support
• Daily upload of member charges from The Ritz Carlton and Short-Term Rental software systems
• Daily transfer of Lockbox deposits from the Lockbox file to member accounts in Jonas
• Prepare and record membership check payments
• Pro-rate new and terminated member dues
• Organize and maintain daily work
• Ensure that all End of Day functions are properly closed at all retail locations of the Company
• Close Jonas month-end processes and run accounts receivable reports on all Companies, ensuring that monthly member charges and payments are posted properly
• Other duties and functions as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements/Experience/

Education:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to interact well with others
• Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• 3 to 4 years related accounting experience
