Senior Cost Accounting Manager

Atrium is currently working with a growing client in the manufacturing space headquartered in Alpharetta, GA. The Sr Cost Accounting Manager will report to the Global Director of Inventory Accounting who was also placed in their role by Atrium. This role is positioned to be in a hybrid work format onsite 3 days per week with some additional travel to the plants.

The company will also pay for relocation for out-of-state candidates who meet the requirements.

You will:

• Handle SOX compliance around cost accounting for the legacy brand
• Assist in the implementation of SAP S/4 Hana related to inventory and cost accounting
• Have a deep understanding of cost accounting related to manufacturing
• Manage a small team with monthly deliverables
• Coordinate with Operational Finance
• Communicate effectively between the plants, corporate accounting, and FP&A

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• MBA or CPA is preferred
• Some experience managing people
• Experience automating and building processes and workflows in a SOX environment
• Experience with a large multi-billion-dollar company
• SAP experience
