What You'll Be Doing:

• Process a moderate volume of invoices with accuracy and efficiency
• Perform three-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receipts
• Post invoices and maintain organized AP records
• Prepare and process weekly check runs
• Review and process employee expense reports
• Manage P-card transactions and approve charges in line with company policy
• Support the accounting team with additional AP and administrative tasks as needed
