Assistant Controller
Ball Ground, GA (Fully onsite)
Salary Range: $125,000 - $140,000 + 10% bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Assistant Controller:
- Lead and manage the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Review journal entries, account reconciliations, revenue recognition, accruals, and fixed asset accounting.
- Support audits, tax compliance activities, and internal control initiatives.
- Drive process improvements and streamline accounting workflows across the organization.
- Provide oversight and support for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, collections, and customer credit management.
Qualifications for the Assistant Controller:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
- ERP system experience required; advanced Microsoft Excel skills required, Power BI experience preferred.
