Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Orders materials and supplies as directed by the director, superintendents and assistants
  • Processes requisitions to the Purchasing Department
  • Process all invoices
  • Processes receiving/packing slips to the Accounting Department
  • Processes employee paperwork to Human Resources and Accounting
  • Assists with the preparation of monthly highlight reports on course operations including applications of chemicals
  • Assists with budget preparation and changes
  • Maintains course water usage
  • Monitor and edit employee time using Ulti Pro system
  • Records on computer various data including usage of chemicals and budget tracking
  • Handles phones and visitors for the Maintenance Department
  • Other duties as assigned

Safety Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Performs job responsibilities and operates equipment according to the company safety and training programs
  • Uses personal protective equipment as trained and required
  • Maintains a safe and clean work environment
  • Maintains SDS process and procedures
  • Reports safety or hazard concerns to management
  • Reports any on the job injury to management
  • Takes personal responsibility for safety every day
Qualifications
  • A minimum of three years experience as an Administrative Assistant
  • Proficient computer skills with proficient knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel and Publisher
  • Excellent communication and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance

Physical Requirements:

  • Regularly required to sit, walk, stand, stretch, and bend during work hours.
