Position: Office Services Associate JO-2601-566015
Location: Atlanta

We're looking for a detail-oriented and service-focused Office Services/Facilities Associate to support daily office operations and ensure a professional, safe, and welcoming workplace. This role is primarily focused on facilities and office services, with backup reception responsibilities as needed.

Pay range: 23- 25p/h

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, cleanliness, organization, and overall upkeep.
  • Manage office supplies, pantry items, and mail/courier services.
  • Coordinate with janitorial, maintenance, and other service vendors; monitor performance and resolve issues.
  • Support meeting room setups, office events, and internal meetings (room setup, catering, A/V).
  • Serve as the point of contact for office-related requests, providing timely and courteous support.
  • Provide backup reception coverage and assist visitors when required.
  • Maintain effective filing and organizational systems (physical and digital).
  • Support workplace safety initiatives, conduct basic inspections, and assist with facilities-related audits (ISO, SOC, etc.).
Qualifications
  • Experience in facilities, office administration, or workplace services preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Experience working with vendors and supporting events is a plus.
