The OpportunityWe are currently seeking a dedicated Nursing Home Receptionist
What You Will Do- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, faxing, and data entry
- Distribute packages and mail
- Maintain visitors sign-in logs
- Assist with project coordination and administrative tasks as needed
- Business professional dress attire
- Ensure reception area and lobby maintain a welcoming presentation and first impression
- Duties as assigned
- Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required—we’ll invest in the right heart and mindset.
