The Package Porch Mail Clerk is responsible for providing excellent customer service while supporting daily mail and package operations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assist with incoming and outgoing mail services.
• Sort, log, and distribute mail and packages accurately and efficiently.
• Process outbound mail and shipping transactions.
• Assist customers with mail services and ensure all required forms and documentation are completed correctly.
• Explain available mail and shipping services and recommend options that best meet customer needs.
• Assist with mail and package deliveries as needed.
• Replenish supplies for postage meters and related mailroom equipment; forward and return mail as appropriate.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
• Assist with weekly mailroom supply inventories and annual inventory audits.
• Provide customers with supplies for the mailroom, copiers, and self-service areas as needed.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 30 pounds.
• Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
• Must be available to work scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
