Responsibilities
- Supplies and inventory management: ordering supplies, snacks and organizing them in the office appropriately.
- Facilities support: calling a plumber or repairman as needed.
- Minor support for AP processes: prepare data collection/entry, review and send for processing, track payments/issues.
- Prepare the office, catering and conference rooms for visits from executives.
- Invoicing experience – tracking POs, submitting invoices for project vendors and reviewing.
- Strong communication and follow‑up skills.
- 3+ years of experience in an office administrative/office manager role supporting a corporate office (at least 30 people).
- Experience with facilities management: ordering office supplies, snacks, inventory, calling vendors for repairs.
- Polished and professional appearance.
- Tech‑savvy with strong MS Office skills – Word, Excel, and other office software.
