Manufacturing Planning Coordinator

Location:

Lavonia, GA plant.

• Prepare shipping documentation for permitting based on load schedules.
• Generate and maintain reports to measure service levels, freight costs, scheduling changes, and load safety.
• Communicate Estimated Time of Arrivals (ETAs) to Homebuilding operations and schedule changes to field personnel.
• Order blueprints and coordinate delivery to the field.
• Provide support and backup for Scheduling and Logistics tasks, including order entry and delivery schedule creation.
• Key selection sheets and extra material.
• Execute weekly package billing, ensuring timely invoicing of all rough and trim packages; complete weekly/daily billing for miscellaneous material.
• Review site delivery reports for problems and report to leadership accordingly.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned and cross‑train in other departments.

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of related administrative experience.
• Strong communicator, both verbally and written, with the ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent time‑management and organizational skills.
• Results driven with the ability to balance multiple priorities and changing demands.
• Willing to learn and take initiative.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Predominately Excel, Outlook, Word).
