Front Desk Co-ordinator

As a Front Desk Co-ordinator, you will:
- Cover reception desk from 08:30 - 4:30pm.
- Greet and direct visitors, vendors, and deliveries in a welcoming and professional manner and maintain the professional appearance of the reception area.
- Use visitor management tools (Envoy) to track office visitors and maintain office capacity.
- Receive, sort and scan incoming mail/packages using Envoy and schedule domestic and international shipments across EMEA.
- Respond to basic employee requests related to facilities through our ticketing system.
- Work with building security to manage temporary/ permanent building access and parking requests.
- Assist with office catering and kitchen vending programs, including accepting and displaying the twice per week office lunch delivery.
- Assist with meeting room set up for internal office events.
- Ensure the office is kept tidy and promptly escalate any issues with onsite services to management. e.g. housekeeping, pantry stock.
- Actively participate in weekly Facilities team meetings and our monthly global team call.
- Remain flexible as the company grows, responsibilities arise and shift.
- Perform other reasonable tasks & duties as and when they occur and being assigned (local & global Corporate Services Department).
Occasional Responsibilities
- Cover tasks in absence of the Office Coordinator during absences.
- Provide additional support for facilities projects as they arise, which includes (but not limited to) potentially working overtime on evenings and/or weekends.

Familiarity with programs like Gmail, Google Workspace. - Desired but not required knowledge of;
Slack, Jira, Coupa, Concur, Insight. - Professional & Flexible:
Positive attitude, adaptable, and capable of working independently with guidance. - Language Proficiency:
Fluent in both written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus).
