The Office Administrator will coordinate office activities and operations while providing clerical and administrative support to management.
Responsibilities- Oversee the office supply inventory and ensure supplies are in line with office needs.
- Ensure all office equipment is working and properly maintained.
- Work with the management team to monitor spending and other expenses.
- Collect, organize, and store information using computers and filing systems.
- Interact professionally with the public, coworkers, and others in the course of daily work.
- Direct and assist with office activities, including onboarding new hires, recruiting, training, and functions to maintain efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Assist and support staff with their assigned duties, especially when advanced, skilled, or sensitive work is required.
- Oversee special projects and track progress toward company goals.
- Prepare agendas, make travel arrangements, and maintain calendars for senior management.
- Oversee email correspondence and mail distribution.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- At least three years of administrative and clerical experience required.
- Clear background and drug test required.
- Knowledge of the beverage market preferred.
- Repeat lifting 10–25 pounds, including overhead.
- Ability to stand and walk frequently.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
