Weigh in and out all trucks entering the landfill or transfer station and issue truck permits; test scales daily for accuracy;
Provide administrative support to the sales team including preparing client proposals and maintaining account records;
Perform general office administrative tasks including answering phones, filing, and managing correspondence;
Generate routine reports for customer billing and assist with payment processing;
Dispatch correct disposal instructions and assist with environmental compliance tasks
