Office Clerk

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate data entry for store and office records
• File, organize, and maintain paperwork and digital documents
• Process invoices and assist with basic cash and paperwork reconciliation
• Prepare and update routine store and office reports
• Support store leadership with administrative tasks and scheduling paperwork
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding documentation
• Operate office equipment such as copier, scanner, and printer
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of financial and personnel information
• Provide courteous support to guests and teammates at the service desk
• Follow company policies and retail compliance procedures in all office tasks
