JOB TITLE

Production Control Administrative Support

• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for production executives
• Maintain and update executive calendars and schedules.
• Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and correspondence.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Assist with the coordination of events and meetings.
• Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Performs full clerical, administrative, and general office duties of a responsible and confidential nature in a medium to large-size facility.
• Prepares reports and correspondence, requiring knowledge of document formats, such as contracts, summonses, briefs, complaints, and motions.
• Reports to a position responsible for a major function.
• Meet all other requirements as assigned.
• Support Production Control activities as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience with in automotive industry preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Korean) is required
