Put your career into high gear with Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices! We're looking for full‑time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at one of our state‑of‑the‑art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in Douglas, GA.

As a future leader of Mavis, the Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely and effectively. Assistant Managers are responsible for enforcing established policies, procedures and standards, scheduling mechanics/technicians' work, managing outside orders, ensuring the quality and timely completion of jobs, meeting customer expectations, and ensuring the safety of team members.

The Service Manager is responsible for assisting customers with tire selections and recommending necessary under‑car repair services. They ensure complete customer satisfaction by delivering timely, high‑quality vehicle repair and maintenance, directing the workflow of mechanics, alignment technicians and tire technicians, and staging vehicle repair/maintenance work. They drive sales initiatives, communicate directly with customers, assess customer needs, provide information regarding requested or necessary repairs and maintenance, and strive to meet customer expectations.

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, legally authorized to work in the United States, and possess at least one year of experience and/or training in either automotive parts and/or tire sales, or automotive repairs/maintenance, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience demonstrating the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
