Job Location:

Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $ Base+Commission/month
Job Shift: Open to Closing
$70,000 - $110,000+ Annual Earning Potential with Production Bonuses

- Diagnose and repair gasoline, hybrid, and electrical vehicle systems
- Perform repairs according to Honda and dealership standards
- Test-drive vehicles and utilize manufacturer diagnostic equipment
- Perform Video Multi-Point Inspections on every vehicle to clearly communicate vehicle condition and repair recommendations to customers
- Communicate repair recommendations and additional service needs with Service Advisors
- Complete warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications
- Accurately document repair procedures and findings on repair orders
- Maintain productivity while delivering high-quality workmanship
- Participate in Honda manufacturer training and certification programs
- Stay current on manufacturer technical service bulletins
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Properly care for dealership tools and equipment
- Follow OSHA, environmental, and dealership safety procedures
- Report safety concerns immediately to management
- Previous professional automotive technician experience required
- Honda dealership experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Ability to efficiently produce quality flat-rate hours
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Team-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills
- Commitment to ongoing training and professional development
