Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
- Perform advanced diagnostics and accurately identify vehicle issues
- Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards
- Perform inspections, maintenance, and manufacturer-recommended repairs
- Maintain accurate repair documentation
- Work collaboratively with service advisors and fellow technicians to deliver an outstanding customer experience
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Master Automotive Technician required
- Master-level diagnostic and repair skills
- ASE Master Certification and/or Ford certifications are highly preferred
- Experience with Ford or other major automotive manufacturers is welcome
- Strong diagnostic, electrical, and problem-solving abilities
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
