We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Analyst, Commercial Finance who is passionate about end-to-end problem solving across qualitative and quantitative analyses to support the Director of Commercial Finance in delivering high-impact insights and driving commercial performance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about data and analytics.

The pay range for the primary location is: $70,000-$90,000
. Pay ranges are reviewed periodically and may be modified in the future. Some roles may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or incentives.

• Commercial Analysis & Business Intelligence
• Support the development and maintenance of commercial KPIs and dashboards
• Owning performance analysis trends across channels, customers mix, seasonality
• Deliver timely and accurate reporting to support monthly business reviews and strategic planning
• Champion data accuracy and automation in reporting and analysis
• Support implementation and improvement of commercial reporting systems and leverage efficiency tools (proficiency in Excel and database handling is crucial)
• Planning & Forecasting
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across planning cycles and actuals reporting
• Collaborate with regional teams to align revenue planning with business goals & strategy
• Governance & Process Improvement
• Enhance reporting processes and tools to improve efficiency and insight generation
• Continuously contribute to S&OP processes improvements to drive simplification and adherence

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large datasets
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic, high-growth environment
• Has the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and work cross-functionally with different teams
• Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and drive for big data analysis

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or a similar analytical role
• Proficiency and ability to fast-learn reporting systems and tools (Excel, Power BI, ERP/BI platforms are a +)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
