Legends - - - Responsibilities:
Provide professional client service and support in the planning, organization and coordination of events within Jekyll Island Convention Center and monitor the logistics of these events.;
Meet with client groups to plan and organize assigned meetings and/or events.;
Assist Sales Department with Site Tours for potential clients; guide clients in preparation of events by interpreting and explaining contract provisions, policies, and procedures.;
Prepare cost estimates and monitor final billing; communicate detailed requirements to operational departments.;
Monitor in-house events, maintain contact with clients and facility staff; follow up on client requests, concerns and problems; serve as manager on duty as needed.
