This Is Not a Typical Receptionist RoleThis is a mission-critical operations position.
You will be the central communication hub between customers, sales, and field teams. Your ability to manage details, timelines, and expectations directly impacts revenue, customer satisfaction, and team efficiency.

- Own incoming communications (phone, email, walk-ins) with professionalism and confidence
- Schedule, confirm, and coordinate sales appointments and installations
- Ensure jobs are fully prepared and documented before installation
- Support dispatching and schedule optimization
- Maintain CRM accuracy (Job Nimbus preferred)
- Track project details and proactively follow up
- Assist with billing coordination and documentation accuracy
- Protect the integrity of internal systems and processes

- High school diploma or GED
- 1–3+ years administrative or operations support experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, in-person)
- Experience with multi-line phone systems
- Experience with Google Workspace
- CRM experience (Job Nimbus preferred)
- Dispatching/scheduling experience preferred
- High personal standards for organization and follow-through
