Yard Operations Associate

Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m.

- 4:00 p.m.

In this role, you will conduct efficient operations of one or multiple yards, which may include operating equipment, loading and unloading product, and executing standard receiving and shipping processes.

• Provide spotting duties for equipment operators
• Perform rigging and cribbing of all materials
• Inspect all equipment used daily
• Receive, count, and record shipment data into the system
• Prepare packages and merchandise for storage and delivery
• Operate heavy equipment

• High school degree or equivalent preferred
• 1 year of warehouse operations experience preferred
• Forklift experience
• Equipment operations, warehouse, and customer service experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders
• Ability to walk long distances throughout the day

Compensation
: $17.22 - $20.66 per hour, variable based on location, experience, shift, and other factors. Eligible positions may include participation in bonus or sales incentive plans, and certain sales roles may offer a commission structure based on results.

For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents. For certain sales roles, Wesco also offers a commission structure that provides additional compensation based on sales results.
