Operations Manager About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations & Business Development Manager to oversee the daily operations of our recruitment business while driving client acquisition and managing end-to-end talent acquisition activities. This hybrid leadership role combines operational excellence, business development, and hands‑on recruitment to support the company’s growth objectives and deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities Operations Management
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Implement and improve operational processes and workflows.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Business Development
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Prepare proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Support marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
Talent Acquisition
  • Partner with clients to understand hiring requirements.
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Maintain talent pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, recruitment, business development, or a related function.
  • Previous experience within a staffing or recruitment agency is strongly preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with ATS and CRM platforms.
