RMC & Precast Senior Analyst - Slovak/Hungarian Central & Eastern Europe

Your main tasks will be:

• Develop and enhance scope management frameworks across the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with quality and performance standards, while proactively identifying and assessing potential risks.
• Monitor and evaluate project objectives and performance indicators, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to support efficiency improvements and enable the successful delivery of business outcomes.
• Develop analytical approaches, automation solutions and process simplifications for the assigned projects.
• Maintain effective communication with internal partners across all non-cement business segments.
• Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels, and escalate issues as necessary, in accordance with the project work plan.

You are the ideal candidate if you have:

• University degree preferably in economics or finance
• 3–5 years of experience in finance or project management
• Project management knowledge
• Very good knowledge of MS Office products
• Strong analytical thinking
• Fluent English knowledge
• Hands-on attitude, curiosity and collaboration skills
