Risk Management Analyst (Open)

We are looking for a Risk and Property Loss Control Specialist to support global risk management activities, with a strong focus on property loss control, insurance coordination, and cross-functional project support. This opportunity is ideal for someone with a project-oriented mindset who is comfortable working in a corporate environment, managing multiple priorities, and collaborating across functions.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate global property loss control initiatives

Manage the annual infrared scanning program, including scheduling, site support, and follow-up on actions

Coordinate engineering visits and property risk audits between insurers and operations

Track progress and support closure of risk and loss control recommendations

Help prioritize and support risk-related improvement projects

Gather and prepare information for insurance submissions and renewals

Provide certificates of insurance as needed

Support PO setup, invoice coordination, and payment tracking globally

Contribute to training and educational materials related to property loss control

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree required; background in finance, business, or related field is a plus
Strong project coordination and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a structured corporate environment
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power Point
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Limited travel may be part of the role

Compensation Range:

The pay range for this position is Ft11, - Ft19, annually. Typically, a competitive wage for new hires will fall between
11, to15, annually. Offers for this position may vary based on market data and other factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The position may also be eligible for a short-term incentive.
