We're seeking a Project Analyst to support internal and client-facing projects in a fast-paced consulting environment. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to manage project setup, timelines, budgets, scope changes, financial tracking, client communications, and submission processes.

• Develop project SOWs, budgets, timelines, and status reports
• Monitor project scope, risks, resources, deadlines, and financials
• Coordinate internal and client meetings, follow-ups, and action plans
• Manage client submission processes, including Medical/Legal/Regulatory (MLR) reviews
• Route deliverables through internal review, quality control, and approval workflows
• Maintain organized project documentation and ensure compliance with client-specific processes
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, communication, and project execution

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience

Experience:

• 3+ years of project management experience in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools
• Preferred experience in pharmaceuticals, medical device, or consulting
• Familiarity with client submission processes, MLR reviews, and pharmaceutical project timelines
• PMP certification preferred
