Lead Product Manager

Cox Automotive seeks a Lead Product Manager to drive strategy and delivery for data-driven products serving dealers, OEMs, and consumers in the telecommunications and media-enabled automotive ecosystem. You will own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for cross-brand solutions, collaborating with engineering, UX, data, and go-to-market teams. Responsibilities include defining requirements, aligning stakeholders, leading discovery, and measuring product outcomes. You'll mentor PMs, champion customer-centric design, and leverage market insights to shape scalable, innovative solutions across Cox's portfolio of brands.

Responsibilities

• Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap across Cox Automotive brands
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog using Agile practices
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, UX, data, and go-to-market teams
• Conduct market, competitive, and user research to inform product decisions
• Translate business and customer needs into clear, testable requirements and user stories
• Establish and track KPIs to measure product performance and outcomes
• Drive go-to-market planning and readiness with marketing, sales, and customer success
• Mentor and guide associate and mid-level product managers
• Champion customer-centric, data-informed decision making
• Align stakeholders around product priorities and communicate status and risks
