POSITION TITLE
Pine Mountain - Intern
POSITION OVERVIEWThis internship provides an opportunity to gain hands‑on experience supporting real business priorities within the Process Improvement Department. The intern will contribute to meaningful projects, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and develop skills aligned to professional growth and business impact. This role is designed to provide practical experience in a fast‑paced environment while building foundational capabilities in problem solving, communication, and teamwork.
This internship is a full-time (40 hours/week), paid position that is 11-12 weeks in length during the summer of 2027, located at our Pine Mountain location.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- Support day-to-day activities and key projects within the Process Improvement area
- Conduct research, analysis, or data review to support business decisions
- Assist in developing reports, presentations, or process documentation
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders across the organization
- Identify opportunities for process improvement or efficiency gains
- Present project findings, recommendations, or results
- Candidates with or working toward a BA Administration/BS Engineering
- Strong user of Microsoft Office suite of products, with advanced Excel skills.
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Exposure to DMAIC, 5S, Power BI, Root Cause Analysis, Excel
- Prior internship, project, or relevant experience
- Hands‑on project ownership with business impact
- Exposure to cross‑functional teams and leaders
