Milton Hershey School seeks full-time Flex Houseparents who will live in on-campus student homes and supervise a group of 8–13 students. The role emphasizes creating a structured, family-like environment to support academic, emotional, and social development.
The two-person couple will start by supporting multiple homes and rotate on a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule, with progression to a stable placement in a dedicated home. A strong commitment to student well-being is essential.
