Mc Le Roy , Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Estimator to help lead and grow its commercial construction division.
Founded in 1971, Mc Le Roy is a family‑owned commercial, industrial, and heavy civil contractor that has nearly doubled in size over the last five years, growing from approximately $50M to a projected $60M in annual revenue. The company is actively investing in people, systems, and operational improvements to support its next phase of growth.
We’re looking for a construction leader who can drive estimating efforts, oversee project execution, strengthen operational processes, and work directly alongside ownership to help shape the future of the commercial division.
What You’ll Do- Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Prepare estimates, budgets, and project plans
- Manage project financial performance, schedules, and subcontractor relationships
- Partner with ownership on operational improvements and divisional growth initiatives
- Develop relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and industry partners
- Mentor team members and help build the future leadership bench of the organization
- 10+ years of commercial construction experience
- Background in both estimating and project management
- Strong understanding of project financials, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability
Experience managing commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout - Leadership mindset with the ability to drive accountability and influence teams
- Interest in helping grow and improve a commercial construction business
- Highly visible role working directly with ownership
