Company Overview

The AIS Infrastructure Group consists of four heavy civil construction companies. Our services include infrastructure improvement, heavy civil construction, and site development for government and state agencies and private enterprise across the United States. We do a wide variety of heavy civil projects, including highways, bridges, power plants, dams, reservoirs, underground utilities, and more.

We are seeking experienced professionals for our concrete crew teams for heavy civil and transportation construction. Positions include Form Work Carpenters
, Concrete Finishers
, and Laborers
. Crew members will work together supporting structural and roadway concrete activities on heavy civil construction projects. • Construct and install concrete forms for structural and roadway work
• Read construction drawings and layout formwork
• Install anchors, embeds, and reinforcing components as required
• Strip forms and prepare for reuse
• Maintain safe and organized work areas
• Tying rebar

• Place, level, and finish concrete surfaces
• Operate finishing tools including screeds, floats, and trowels
• Ensure proper curing and surface finish standards
• Work closely with the foreman and carpenters during placement operations
• Tying rebar

• Support forming, pouring, and finishing activities
• Assist with site preparation and cleanup
• Move materials and tools around the job site
• Assist carpenters and finishers during concrete placements
• Maintain jobsite safety and housekeeping

• Minimum of 3 years' experience with concrete form carpentry, concrete finishing, or construction labor.
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to follow safety procedures and jobsite instructions
• Reliable transportation and ability to work on active construction sites

• Experience in heavy civil, roadway, or structural concrete construction
• Experience working on DOT or infrastructure projects
