We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Manager to oversee construction projects within the property industry. This role requires exceptional leadership skills and a commitment to delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget. Description Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively. Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet objectives. Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction. Prepare and present regular project updates to relevant stakeholders.
Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Profile A successful Project Manager should have:
Proven experience managing construction projects in the property industry. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
