A Superintendent
- Substations will be responsible for planning resource availability accordingly through the local unions. This includes scheduling, coordinating, and managing subcontractors. The Superintendent will also assist the General Foreman in scheduling work, crews, tools, and equipment for efficiency and to minimize travel time.

• 10+ Years of Substation Field Experience
• Experience working in Greenfield and Brownfield Substations
• Understanding of Substation Switching Procedures
• Supporting and managing site safety
• Coordinate all manpower for projects you will be overseeing with the Senior Superintendent for multiple projects.
• Work directly with IBEW Union Halls and their Referral Agents and Business Agents.
• Assist with developing crews for Projects.
• Work with the APM’s and Project Managers associated with projects you will be overseeing with the following:
• Schedules
• Manpower Look Ahead
• Equipment
• Materials
• RFI’s
• Work with the Client Construction Managers
• Manage Drawings on the Projects
• Review Project Specifications
• Support the Site Leads for tooling requests
