General Laborer

We are seeking to add a General Laborer to our team to work on heavy civil construction projects with our valued customers in the environmental construction sector.

Salary is based upon experience.

Labor job duties are continually changing depending on the requirements of each project. Laborers are expected to assist in the general operation of each job site. The position consists of but is not limited to the following duties:

• Set up and maintenance of erosion control
• Loading and unloading of materials
• Shoveling and raking dirt, gravel, and asphalt
• General clean up around job site
• Operating small equipment
• General maintenance of all equipment and tools.

The job duties described herein are not exhaustive and may be supplemented.

• The above listed duties require periods of standing, walking, stooping and bending
• Employee must be able to climb a ladder
• Requires periodic lifting of up to 50 pounds
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug & alcohol and medical/physical capability requirements
• Successful criminal background screen may be required
• Position will require possible weekend work
• Must be willing to work over‑time
