SBC Executive Committee in Georgia is seeking a Worship Pastor to lead the Worship Ministry, guiding the congregation in worship and developing disciples. This role requires strong leadership, collaboration with children and student ministries, and the ability to supervise worship-related staff. A degree from a Baptist seminary and 3-5 years of worship leadership experience are preferred. The compensation is determined by the agreement between the Deacon board and the Worship Pastor based on the church's budget.
