Position Overview
West Hall Baptist Church is looking for a Part‑time Worship Pastor who has a deep love for God and a passion for Worship Ministry. You'll work closely with the Pastor and show a commitment to serving others. We enjoy a great mix of Traditional and Contemporary music styles.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and lead worship services with the Pastor.
- Engage the congregation with a diverse range of music.
- Build a spirit of worship and community in the church.
- Lead and guide the worship team.
- Encourage and mentor musicians and vocalists.
- Spiritual Commitment: A strong and lasting faith in God.
- Experience:
Proven background in worship leadership. - Musical Proficiency:
Great skills in music performance and direction. - Communication
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication. - Team
Collaboration:
Ability to work well with church staff and volunteers.
