Floral Designer

The Floral Designer will be responsible for envisioning , creating, and maintaining floral designs and decorative installations for company events, showrooms, and seasonal displays. This role combines artistic design with logistical planning, requiring someone who is both creative and detail-oriented.

• Design, arrange, and install floral compositions for events, showroom displays, and special occasions.
• Collaborate on marketing efforts, visual design, and operations teams to bring brand-aligned concepts to life.
• Source, prepare, and maintain fresh and artificial floral materials.
• Travel domestically to company showrooms and event sites for on‑site setup and design.
• Ensure quality, consistency, and sustainability in all floral arrangements.
• Assist with general event styling, prop placement, and seasonal décor as needed.

• Proven experience as a floral designer or event stylist (3+ years preferred).
• Strong understanding of floral varieties, color theory, and design principles.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to travel domestically for event preparation and installation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Physical ability to lift and move materials, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods.

• Experience with luxury floral design, large-scale installations, or corporate events.
• Familiarity with floral preservation techniques and sustainable design practices.
• Visual merchandising or interior styling experience.
