Graphics Project Coordinator

Mennonite Central Committee (MCC), a globally recognized nonprofit organization committed to relief, development, and peace efforts, is seeking a detail-oriented Graphics Project Coordinator for our Printing Media division. This role involves managing graphic design projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with MCC's mission and values. The ideal candidate will coordinate effectively between graphic designers, print vendors, and internal teams to deliver compelling print materials that resonate with MCC's diverse stakeholders.

This position blends project management skills with a strong aesthetic sense to enhance our global initiatives through high-quality print media solutions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all facets of graphic design projects, including initial briefing, design revision, and final delivery.
• Liaise between graphic designers, print vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely and budget-compliant executions.
• Review and approve color proofs and final versions, coordinating adjustments as necessary.
• Maintain a project tracking system to monitor progress and ensure the adherence to deadlines.
• Contribute to the creative process by providing input on design and aesthetic decisions.
• Ensure all printed materials meet MCC's quality standards and ethical guidelines.
