The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and technically capable Service Coordinator to support and coordinate all service and maintenance activities across all service lines. This role is responsible for managing service requests from initial intake through completion, ensuring accuracy, urgency, and excellent customer service delivery at every stage.

Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for inbound service requests via system, phone, and email.

Create, schedule, dispatch, and track work orders through completion.

Communicate regularly with customers regarding dispatch status, NTEs, and service updates.

Review and approve completed work orders prior to invoicing.

Accurately maintain service documentation, CRM, and reporting systems.

Coordinate with service technicians, project managers, sales teams, and service leadership.

Build and maintain strong relationships with service providers and internal teams.

Proactively identify service issues and drive resolution.

Develop working knowledge of Lowe equipment to assist with troubleshooting.

Support reporting of cost and revenue in CRM.What We’re Looking For Proven experience in service coordination, dispatch, operations support, or similar roles.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Confident, professional communicator.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and CRM/service management systems.

Experience in technical, mechanical, or equipment-based environments preferred.
