Recreation Aid; RV Park

Position located at Community Recreation, Morale, Welfare and Recreation Department, Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay, GA.

This role supports MWR special events, information/resources, command events, community events, outings, party and picnic rental equipment, resale tickets, liberty, leisure skill classes, outdoor recreation or other similar MWR recreational services including bowling, movies, fitness, and sports.

• General experience of 0‑3 months and/or high school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
• Knowledge of the MWR department to answer customer questions or refer customers to appropriate activities.
• Skill in keyboarding, including operation of point‑of‑sale systems and desktop computers.
• Basic computer operations proficiency.
• Able to read and comprehend published rules, regulations, SOPs, checklists, and other guides.
• Basic custodial task abilities (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, wiping, dusting).
• Basic arithmetic calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Identify customer needs, deliver expected service, and resolve routine customer issues.
• Effective oral and written communication.
