Schedule:
Monday-Friday (Training may be earlier; regular shift likely 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET or 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM ET with a 1-hour lunch break) Job Overview We are seeking a Customer Logistics & Supply Chain Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact between customers, sales teams, supply chain teams, and internal stakeholders. This role is responsible for managing customer orders, resolving supply chain issues, coordinating logistics activities, and driving process improvements.
The ideal candidate will have strong customer service, supply chain, order management, and problem-solving experience, along with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Manage customer orders and resolve order-related issues. Act as the primary contact for assigned customers and internal teams. Analyze supply chain and logistics issues and coordinate resolutions. Lead cross-functional meetings and collaborate with stakeholders. Monitor order flow, transportation issues, inventory constraints, and delivery schedules. Run SAP reports and analyze trends to identify improvement opportunities. Manage high-volume customer inquiries via email and phone.
Support promotional activities, product launches, warehouse changes, and allocation processes. Investigate customer deductions, claims, transportation issues, and credit-related concerns. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support project management efforts. Maintain service levels and meet operational performance metrics.
Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Minimum 1 year of customer-facing experience. Strong customer service and communication skills. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience working independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field. 3+ years of customer service, call center, logistics, or supply chain experience.
Experience with order management and supply chain operations. Experience using SAP, Salesforce, CRM systems, SharePoint, or similar tools. Knowledge of transportation, logistics, inventory, and customer order management processes.
