The incumbent will be responsible for delivering quality customer services, including handling daily operation of the CS center, handling enquiries, complaints, and feedback from customers.
Job Requirements- Diploma or above in relevant disciplines
- 3 years working experience in life insurance with solid customer relationship management experience
- CS center working experience is an advantage
- Excellent customer‑service mindset with effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently and willing to work overtime
- Positive, attentive to details and good organizing skills
- Conversant with MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
