Assistant Manager; Highland Cir

Assistant managers are responsible for everything that happens during the shift, including cost control, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.

• Perform all Customer Services Representative duties and Delivery Driver duties.
• Manage 3 to 15 employees during the scheduled shift.
• Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile.
• Operate the cash register and collect payments from customers.
• Make consistent products within Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
• Deliver product by vehicle from the store to the customer in a safe and courteous manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment from the customer’s viewpoint.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.

• Experience leading a team of 3 to 15 people.
• Positive attitude and great motivation skills.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
• Great role model and leader; punctual.
• At least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation.
• Background check required.

Must be able to work at least 3 shifts per week and be available on weekends.

Ellijay, Blue Ridge, Blairsville. Part‑time and full‑time openings are available.
