A & M Pizza is a locally owned and operated Domino's Pizza Franchise located in Baxley, Georgia.

We are searching for qualified customer service representatives with personality and people skills for part or full time positions. The role involves handling phone and in‑person orders, stocking ingredients, cleaning equipment and facilities, making and labeling boxes, and providing excellent customer service.

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, written, and telephone communication skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination and accuracy for rapid movements.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Physical ability to work with varying temperatures, handle hot surfaces up to 500 °F, and work in cramped spaces like walk‑in coolers.
• Capacity to perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, manage stress, meet quality control standards, and make judgments.

• Exposure to varying weather when removing trash and outdoor tasks.
• In-store temperatures ranging from 36 °F to over 90 °F.
• Sudden temperature changes.
• Fumes from food odors.
• Exposure to cornmeal dust.
• Cramped quarters, including walk‑in cooler.
• Hot surfaces/tools up to 500 °F or higher.
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

• Talking and hearing on telephone.
• Near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks.
• Depth perception.
• Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
