As a Client Service Associate you will be the friendly face for all those who visit our offices, ensuring exceptional client experiences and providing essential support. In this role you will:

• Engage with clients and build relationships
• Confirm appointments
• Follow up with past and potential clients
• Distribute marketing materials
• Keep clients engaged during wait times

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in a fast‑paced retail environment
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot
• Prior customer service or sales experience preferred, but not required
• Willingness to learn and grow in a customer‑focused role
