Monday-Thursday: 9am-8pm
Friday: 9am-5pm
Saturday: 10am-3pm
Sunday: 11am-3pm
Shift Schedule Shift are scheduled within the gym staffed hour times above Responsibilities- Enthusiastically greet each member and guest promptly using the proper greeting for time of day to create a friendly positive entrance and departure to and from the gym.
- Personally check each member into the gym using the proper check-in procedures.
- Register all guests into the gym using proper registration procedures.
- Provide new guests with a tour of the gym and help answer questions about current membership options.
- Assist guests with purchasing a new membership.
- Answer phone in a professional and courteous manner and use proper phone greeting techniques.
- Process retail and concession sales.
- Clean and maintain bathrooms, front desk, equipment, and general areas.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both staff and members.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to take initiative and be proactive.
