The Opportunity

We're looking for communicative, detail-oriented problem-solvers to join our Customer Service team supporting French or German-speaking client portfolios. Whether you're a recent graduate ready to launch your career, have 1-2 years of office or shared service center experience, or are transitioning from a customer-facing role like a call center, we want to hear from you.

As our Customer Service Specialist, you'll be the trusted first point of contact for customers, building lasting relationships while ensuring smooth order fulfillment from start to finish. You'll work in a supportive team atmosphere where collaboration, continuous improvement, and creative problem-solving are celebrated daily.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

  • Be the customer champion:
    Handle inquiries via phone, email, and other channels, providing exceptional support to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage the complete order lifecycle:
    Process orders accurately in SAP, track progress, and proactively resolve any issues that arise
  • Build strong partnerships:
    Collaborate daily with sales teams, supply chain planning, finance, and other departments to deliver seamless customer experiences
  • Solve problems creatively:
    Troubleshoot challenges, handle complaints with professionalism, and find solutions that satisfy all parties
  • Maintain data accuracy:
    Update customer master data and process billing adjustments including returns and credit/debit notes
  • Support business insights:
    Assist sales representatives with data analysis, reporting, and customer follow-ups when needed
  • Drive improvement:
    Contribute ideas for process enhancements and participate in testing for system changes and projects
  • Document everything:
    Keep detailed records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions to ensure continuity and quality
Qualifications

Who You Are

Essential Requirements:

  • Language skills:
    Fluent or strong intermediate German OR French, plus strong intermediate English or fluent or strong intermediate English (both written and spoken)
  • Education:

    High school diploma or ongoing/completed university degree
  • Communication excellence:
    You're a natural communicator who listens actively and expresses ideas clearly
  • Problem-solving mindset:
    You approach challenges with creativity, agility, and a solution-oriented attitude
