JETSET Pilates is seeking Studio Leads to deliver the ultimate boutique fitness experience. You will assist clients and instructors, greet and check-in clients, answer phones, respond to emails, and process memberships and class packages, both in person and over the phone.
Maintain a clean front desk and lobby, stay up-to-date on policies and pricing, and support morning, evening, and weekend shifts to ensure a welcoming environment for every client and staff member.
