We are seeking a Visitor Center Attendant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to park visitors, offering information about the park's amenities, activities, and attractions.
** Qualifications:
**
- - High school diploma or equivalent
- - Previous customer service experience preferred
- - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- - Knowledge of the local area and state park system is a plus
- - Greet visitors upon arrival and provide information about the park
- - Answer questions about park activities, events, and facilities
- - Sell park passes, permits, and merchandise
- - Maintain a clean and organized visitor center
- - Assist visitors with special needs or requests
- - Collaborate with park staff to ensure a positive visitor experience
This position is based at the Visitor Center in Amicalola Falls State Park. The role may require standing for extended periods.
